Frequently Asked Questions
How do bonus points work in FPL?
After every match the three players with the highest Bonus Points System (BPS) score get bonus points: 3 for the best, 2 for second and 1 for third. Ties share the higher value, so more than three players can get bonus.
What is BPS in FPL?
The Bonus Points System scores every player on dozens of match actions: goals, assists, clean sheets, saves, key passes, tackles, recoveries and more, with points taken off for errors, cards and goals conceded. It only decides who gets the bonus; BPS itself is not added to your score.
When are bonus points added?
Provisional bonus is shown from about the 60th minute of each match and is confirmed after the day's matches, when it is added to your score and your rank.
